Hike Monadnock gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of original purchase for a full refund IF accompanied by the original receipt. Enclose a note telling us the reason for the return, along with the name, address, and zip code of the person who placed the order. Please advise us if you are looking for a refund or exchange.

Refunds

If your purchase was made using a credit card, that card will be issued a refund for the returned item(s) which will appear on your credit card statement. We do not refund shipping unless there was an error on our side.

Exchanges

Even exchanges of purchases made by credit card will be a simple swap of merchandise. If the new item has a different price, we will charge or credit your credit card for the difference. There is no additional shipping fee for exchanges of equal value.

Hike Monadnock is not responsible for shipping costs of Returns/Exchanges. If the item is damaged/defective, we will gladly issue a prepaid label for you. Please mail all Returns to:
